I think there should be a representative at every meeting. Tonight we had a rep because she was doing a presentation. There should be a rep there every meeting to field questions or concerns. There should be a time limit set for this because we all know that it could go on for hours. We only have 6 meetings a year so it doesn't seem like much to ask.
